Blueprint New Media is a service-oriented business, and as such no refunds or money back will be offered for any of services once work has commenced, with the following exceptions:

  1. Within 24 hours of making the payment, assuming work on your project has not yet been started.
  2. If work on your project has not been started within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
  3. If the agreed deadline is exceeded by more than 3 business days.

In the above cases, please send your refund request to info@blueprintnewmedia.com and we will process a 100% refund within 2 business days upon confirmation.

NOTE: Blueprint New Media cannot assume responsibility for unresponsive third parties, whether the Client or the Seller. As such, any delays that occur due to third parties (e.g. crucial information missing from the Seller) shall be deducted from the agreed deadline.
